WILLEMSTAD - The staff that falls under the Federation of Healthcare Institutions, SFZ, must return to work. That has been determined by the judge in summary proceedings.

A small group of 200 employees took action because they did not feel taken seriously. The healthcare federation has arranged a new pension plan with Guardian Group instead of the insurance company ENNIA. According to the court the agreement may be signed only on 25 January.

Employees can then be properly informed. A total of 1200 people work at the different healthcare institutions linked to SFZ.
