The Coast Guard and Police monitor compliance with corona measures at sea

WILLEMSTAD - The Coast Guard and the Police Corps Curaçao will strictly monitor compliance with the corona measures at sea. The corona measures in place to prevent further spread of the virus on the island also apply to boat owners, other vessels at sea and fishermen. Therefore, no form of gathering at sea, gathering on piers and / or rafting at sea is allowed. It is prohibited to organize or hold events at sea with boats and other vessels under any name, such as Fuikdag or on Klein Curaçao during the corona pandemic.

The Coast Guard in collaboration with the KPC and other authorities will enforce these measures at sea in the coming period. Stick to the rules and let's take care of each other!
