WILLEMSTAD - Residents of the Albina Street in Suffisant are complaining about stray dogs in their neighborhood. They get food from others on the street.

According to the neighborhood, this has led to a situation that makes it no longer safe to go on the street. The dogs harass people in search of food and they sometimes bite. The residents do not know how the situation should be resolved.

They are calling on government services for help.
