WILLEMSTAD - The Consumers' Association has recently received many complaints about FLOW / UTS. Customers indicated that they often could not use the home telephone or the internet, the speed of the internet was poor. The service must be improved.
The association recently met with representatives of FLOW / UTS to find a solution. This included the handling of complaints received by the Consumers' Association.
FLOW / UTS explained during the meeting that the malfunctions can have various causes, but also acknowledges that it must continue to improve both the technical side and the customer service.
