WILLEMSTAD - Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) is set to officially commence a patient satisfaction survey with the aim of enhancing the experience for each patient. In a press release, CMC announced the upcoming research initiative. 

The survey will offer patients the opportunity to provide feedback after each hospital visit. The hospital emphasized that all opinions shared through the survey will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will remain anonymous. 

Prior to the study's commencement, patients who have not yet given their consent will receive an SMS requesting their approval to participate in ongoing patient satisfaction surveys. 

CMC kindly requests all patients to respond to the SMS invitation and participate in the Patient Satisfaction Survey to contribute to ongoing efforts in improving the quality of care. The hospital believes that active participation will help enhance the overall care experience.
