WILLEMSTAD - Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) announces the official launch of its automated patient satisfaction survey. This initiative is set to officially commence on Friday, August 25th. Patients who have visited the hospital for treatment or appointments since July will receive a survey link via WhatsApp, allowing them to share their thoughts and opinions regarding their care journey.
The survey aims to streamline the feedback process, enabling patients to contribute their insights conveniently and in a timely manner. The survey will measure 8 patient service areas.

Clear information, communication, and caregiving support
Participation in decision-making process and respecting patients’ preferences

The reactions to these points will provide CMC with the opportunity to improve its services and ensure that the needs and preferences of patients remain a priority when they receive care from the hospital.
Starting August 25th, all patients will receive the survey link within one week of their visit, further emphasizing CMC’s dedication to actively engaging with patients and addressing their concerns.
