WILLEMSTAD - The peace seems to have returned to the Ministry of Social Affairs. After three years of tug-of-war about sick building syndrome, the union now signs a protocol with the minister.

Civil servants have been working at home for two years but are now returning to their workplace in the Tauber building. It is unclear why three of the four points for attention have not yet been resolved.

This morning the employees stood outside waiting for their union representative, but the media was not allowed to come close. After a while, the union and the government employees entered the building.
