WILLEMSTAD – The Curaçao Investment and Export Promotion Agency (CINEX) and the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in positioning Curaçao as an attractive investment and financial services destination.
With this agreement, CINEX and DCSX will work together to increase Curaçao’s visibility among international investors, promote the country’s financial sector, and create opportunities for local and international businesses. The collaboration will include joint participation in industry events, strategic promotion of Curaçao’s financial offerings, and engagement with key stakeholders.
"This partnership is an important step in further strengthening Curaçao’s position as a financial and investment hub in the region," said CINEX CEO Miles Mercera. "By joining forces, we aim to showcase Curaçao’s potential and attract more investment opportunities."
DCSX CEO Dirk-Jan De Graaff also emphasized the value of the agreement, stating, "Working closely with CINEX allows us to create stronger connections with investors and financial partners, reinforcing Curaçao’s role in global capital markets."
The MoU outlines a commitment from both organizations to actively support Curaçao’s investment ecosystem, with a focus on long-term collaboration and sustainable economic growth.
