Building permit for luxury resort Residenza ARIA

WILLEMSTAD - Construction of the luxury resort Residenza ARIA could start in January. Minister of Traffic, Transport and Spatial Planning Charles Cooper presented the building permit on Tuesday to the developers.  

 

The costs for the resort on the Lyraweg in Girouette are estimated at 13 million guilders. Residenza ARIA will consist of 19 apartments with high-quality materials. The design comes from Bohorquez Architects.  

 

According to Cooper, Residenza ARIA will give an economic boost to the island and the resort will also provide a lot of work in the construction and tourism sector.
