WILLEMSTAD - General Pension Fund Curaçao (APC) is the owner of the coastal strip of the site in which a hole has been made by a plot owner at Jeremi. This is reported by Minister of Traffic, Transport and Spatial Planning Charles Cooper on social media.  

At the beginning of this week, the minister consulted the Land Registry to see whether the site, where a large hole was cut into the limestone rocks, belongs to the plot owner. The site appears to be owned by APC. According to Cooper, APC sent a letter to the owner on Thursday requesting that its operations cease.  

The ministry is monitoring developments, Cooper said.
