Admission Service Announces Temporary Relocation

WILLEMSTAD – The Admission Service has announced that starting Monday, February 3, 2025, its information desk will be temporarily relocated to the Permit Office (Vergunningenloket) at Saliña 127 (Eurobuilding). 

This means that all clients seeking information or those with appointments for passport stamping must now visit the Permit Office in Saliña. 

Reason for the Change 

Due to technical issues in the customer waiting area, the Admission Service has had to relocate its information desk. As of February 3, 2025, clients can visit the Permit Office for inquiries regarding: 

Petition status 

Petition receipt status 

Specific cases and appeals 

Additionally, clients with appointments for residence title issuance (passport stamp), return proof, final departure processing, and refund vouchers must also report to the Permit Office in Saliña. 

Correspondence and Operating Hours 

All official correspondence for the Admission Service must now be delivered to the Permit Office. 

Public service hours: 

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM 

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 

Limited Phone Availability 

During this transition, the Admission Service will not be able to provide telephone assistance. Instead, inquiries can be directed via:
