Admission Office to Close Temporarily for Relocation

WILLEMSTAD – The Admission Office has announced that it will be closed to the public on Thursday, July 10 and Friday, July 11, 2025, due to its relocation from the Permit Counter to Kranshi. 

As of Monday, July 14, 2025, the Admission Office will reopen to the public at Kranshi, located at Roodeweg 42, in the back building where re-entry visas were previously handled. 

The new public opening hours will be: 

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 

Individuals with appointments on July 10 and 11 will receive a call or email with a new appointment date. This applies to appointments related to stamp issuance, refund vouchers, return permits, final departure, and tourist stay extensions. 

Please note that this temporary location is only for stamp issuance. No personal information or consultation will be provided on-site. For any inquiries, individuals can:
