WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 491 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 50 of them resulted positive: a positivity rate of 10%. 248 active cases have recovered.  This brings the number of active infections to 2068.

The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 82 people are now in the hospital. 32 of them are in the intensive care unit. There are 9 people from Curaçao still in the Aruban hospital. 5 of them are still in the intensive care unit.

Unfortunately,1 has died making the total now 95 deaths. This person died in the hospital.
