WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 585 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 41 of them resulted positive: a positivity rate of 7%. 191 active cases have recovered.  This brings the number of active infections to 1912.

The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 78 people are now in the hospital. 33 of them are in the intensive care unit. There are 9 people from Curaçao still in the Aruban hospital. 5 of them are still in the intensive care unit.

Unfortunately, 4 have died making the total now 99 deaths. 3 died in the hospital and 1 at home.
