WILLEMSTAD - Around 250 people protested yesterday in Otrobanda against abuse and violence against women. The reason is the violent death of Dayanira Eisden, a few weeks ago.

She was killed by her partner after she broke the relationship.

The march went from Palu Blanku to Brionplein. The 19 names of women were read there who died between 2001 and 2019 as a result of relational violence.
