WILLEMSTAD - Nearly 2.5 billion guilders in products were imported into Curaçao in 2018. This was reported by the Central Bureau of Statistics.

Boats and ships have the largest share in this amount with subsequent cars, materials such as metal or aluminum, medicines and alcohol.

In 2018, more than 200 million were exported from Curaçao.

This mainly concerned boats and ships, perfume, frozen fruit and stones and sand. The export is calculated excluding oil exports. The countries with which trade was conducted in 2018 were mainly Puerto Rico and Venezuela.
