WILLEMSTAD - Eighteen undocumented Venezuelans who were in the foreigners’ barracks in the SDKK prison in Curaçao were sent back to Venezuela today. A charter flight brought back Curaçaoans who could not leave Venezuela earlier due to the corona measures. The Venezuelans were sent back to their country on that same flight.

Just last night, the Coast Guard arrested another 26 new undocumented Venezuelans who tried to reach the coast of Curaçao by boat in the middle of the night. These twenty men and six women were arrested, tested for corona, and locked up in the barracks at SDKK.
