WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 973 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 151 of them resulted positive: a positivity rate of 16%. 477 active cases have recovered.  This brings the number of active infections to 3837.

The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 100 people are now in the hospital. 40 of them are in the intensive care unit. There are 9 people from Curaçao still in the Aruban hospital in the intensive care unit.

Unfortunately, 4 more have died making the total now 78 deaths. All 4 of them died in the hospital.
