WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1908 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 13 of them were positive. 9 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 107.

According to the epidemiology department, there were 4 imported cases.

The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) until this morning: 3 COVID-related patients are in the hospital. 3 patients are in the ICU. 1 of the patients in the ICU is from St. Maarten. Unfortunately, 1 person has died in the hospital.

The total COVID-related death since the beginning of the pandemic is 179.
