WILLEMSTAD - The Electoral Council of Curaçao (KSE) has confirmed the establishment of a total of 107 polling stations for the upcoming elections on Friday, as outlined in a decree issued on March 11.
The polling stations will primarily be located in community centers and school buildings. Some of the larger polling stations include Goiloschool, Kolegio Bellefaas, and Kolegio Iris Bruyning. The last polling station on the list, number 107, is situated at SDKK.
Additionally, KSE has issued a decree to appoint 500 members to staff the polling stations. Each station will be staffed by four members: a chairperson, two members, and a substitute. On election day, they will be responsible for managing organizational aspects, verifying valid voter identification, and conducting the vote count after the polling stations close.
