WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao Business Association (VBC) can agree with the decisions by the government which were announced yesterday in the press conference. Curaçao cannot afford a new lockdown according to the interest group.

VBC hopes that a major outbreak can be prevented by more supervision of compliance with the current measures. The association also calls on everyone to vaccinate, given that 86 percent of the infections occurred in people who were not completely vaccinated. This is to avoid stricter measures.
